Abstract

This paper presents the development of a web-based system for educational program analysis designed to automate the assessment of educational document content using artificial intelligence technologies. Unlike existing solutions that primarily focus on local processing of individual documents, the proposed system is implemented as a web application based on a client–server architecture comprising a frontend, backend, relational database, PDF document processing module, and an artificial intelligence module. The paper describes the system's operational logic, including interactions among users with different roles (instructors, students, and administrators), data storage organization, and the internal data processing workflow. Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs) are employed to perform intelligent analysis of educational program content, enabling the automatic identification of soft skills and the generation of recommendations for improving educational programs. The analysis results are stored in a relational database and made available to users through a web interface. The developed web-based system automates the analysis of educational programs, reduces the workload associated with expert evaluation, improves the objectivity of the analysis, and can be applied by higher education institutions to monitor and enhance educational programs in accordance with current labor market requirements.
