GUIDE FOR AUTHORS

The editors do not consider materials in the absence of the main elements of the article when filling out forms on the site
- All articles of the journal are subject to mandatory verification of the uniqueness of the text before reviewing. The check is performed by the response. journal secretary using online systems. The author of the article is notified in case of receiving a lower indicator, and the article is removed from consideration in the current issue. The author is recommended to modify the article to an acceptable level of originality or to withdraw the article from the journal.
- The reviewed articles are reviewed by leading experts and scientists in the fields of knowledge. Based on the review, the editorial board may recommend that the author finalize the article or refuse to publish it. Manuscripts of articles published earlier or submitted to other publications are not accepted. The recommended length of the article is not less than 8 pages. Otherwise, the issue of the volume of the article must be agreed with the editorial board of the journal. Illustrations, diagrams, tables included in the text of the article are taken into account in the total volume of the text.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF ARTICLES PUBLISHED IN THE JOURNA "BULLETIN OF THE ABAI UNIVERSITY, THE SERIES OF "PHYSICAL AND MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES"
I. Presentation of necessary materials
1. The number of authors of the article - no more than 5.
2. The authors filled the electronic Form of the Bulletin, which contains information about the author (s): surname, name, patronymic, place of work (city, name of institution/University without cuts and short name), academic degree and rank, position, for students – States: doctoral student, master student or student e - mail and the telephone; the abstract, key words in 3 languages.
II. The structure of the article should match the IMRAD format
1. The title of the article (consists of 7-10 words, without abbreviations, exceeding the number of words is unacceptable).
2. Abstract (presents the goals and objectives of your research; briefly explains the methodology of the research; reports on the results you have achieved; justifies the significance of the research for science.
3. Main provisions (briefly in 3-5 sentences, state the main ideas, conclusions and results research. What are the main ideas, conclusions and results research?)
4. Introduction (Introduction. Why was the study conducted? What was investigated, the purpose of the study, what hypotheses were tested?).
5. Research methodology (When, where and how were the studies conducted? What materials were used or who was included in the sample?).
6. Results of the study (What answer was found. Was the hypothesis tested correctly?).
7. Discussion (Discussion of the results. What does the answer imply and why does it matter? How does this fit in with what other researchers have found? What are the prospects for research?).
8. Conclusion (conclusions).
9. List of sources used (no more than 10-25, including links to publications indexed in the Web of Science and / or Scopus).
III. Rules for the design of articles.
The text of the article should be typed in the MS Word editor with a single interval; The format of the sheet: 210 x 297 mm (A4); Margins: top, bottom, right, left – 2 cm; pages of the article are not numbered; Font: Times New Roman (for Kazakh, Russian and English languages), size-12 pt; line spacing-single; indent of the first line of the paragraph-0.5 cm; Figures made in the Word editor should be inserted as an object (grouped); Tables and figures should have a name and be numbered (font 11, italics). In the text, you must give a reference to the tables and figures with the number. Text formatting in tables: single spacing, 11 Times New Roman font, italics. The text of the article should be formatted in width.
IV. Requirements for writing formulas
Formulas are inserted into the text of the article as an MS Equation object. Character sizes in formulas (Equation): normal - 12 pt, large index-6 pt, small-5 pt.
V. The list of references is compiled in the course of its mention in the text and is given at the end of the manuscript ГОСТ 7.1:2003. References to literature in the text are indicated in square brackets, for example, [1], [2,3], [4-7]. In the list, each source is numbered with an Arabic numeral without a dot and printed with paragraph indentation. The number of links should not exceed 20 titles. VI. Type of article
1. MRNTI in the upper-left corner in capital letters (bold, size #11);
2. The title of the article: Not in bold capital letters (size # 12), the initials and surname of the author (s) are centered; the upper index indicates the correspondence to the place of work of the author (in the case of several authors).
3. After one empty line, specify the name of the organization without abbreviations, the city, the country in which the author (s) works ( size # 11)), the upper index indicates the author's correspondence to the place of work; Below is the email address of the corresponding author who is in correspondence with the editorial board and his full name is marked with an asterisk.
4. Through an empty line in the center in bold capital letters, font Times New Roman (size #12) title of the article;
5. After an empty line, the abstract of 100-300 words in short sentences in the language of the article (size # 11), begins with the words according to the language of writing "Undatpa", "Abstract", "Abstract". Citation is not allowed in the abstract. Abbreviations must be deciphered. The abstract indicates the purpose of the work, the conclusions of the study.
6. Keywords or phrases on the topic, 6-8 words, in the language of the article (size #11, bold). They should start with the words " Tuyin sozder:", "Keywords:", " Keywords:", respectively.
7. Repeat the title of the article through an empty line: authors, organization name and title, annotations and keywords in two other languages (size # 11, Times New Roman).
8. The text of the article through an empty line (size #12);
9. An empty line indicates information about the material of the publication: if the article was prepared within the framework of the grant, thanks to the scientific supervisor, colleagues who are not the authors of the article, but with their assistance the research was carried out, etc.
10. The list of references, indicated after the text of the article, separated by two empty lines in lowercase letters, in italics (size #11). The interval is single. Numbering of the list without a dot.
VII. The languages of publication (broadcasting) of articles are Kazakh, Russian, and English. The articles submitted to the editorial board are reviewed by leading experts and scientists in the fields of knowledge. The grounds for retraction (withdrawal) of the article include:
- identification of plagiarism in any form, including unformulated quotations in significant volumes, paraphrasing or attribution of rights to the results of other people's research, as well as translation of an article or a significant part of it from already published material;
- duplication of an article (or a significant part of it) in several editions;
- detection of fabrication, falsification or unfair manipulation of data in the article;
- detection of serious errors in the article (for example, misinterpretation of the results), calling into question its scientific value;
- incorrect composition of the authors (there are no those who made a significant contribution to the study; persons who did not participate in the research and/ or writing the text of the manuscript are indicated);
- conflict of interests of the author and reviewers and other violations of the ethical principles of the journal.
The initiator of the beginning of the retraction procedure (review) of the article can be:
- the author of the article who sent a reasoned written appeal to the editorial board of the journal about the review of the article;
- the editor-in-chief of the journal, who makes up the justification for the reasons for the withdrawal of the publication;
- the editorial board of another magazine, which sent a request to the editorial office of the journal "Bulletin of KazNPU named after Abai, Series of physical and mathematical sciences";
- other persons who have provided evidence of violations of scientific ethics by the author/authors of the article.
The procedure for retraction (withdrawal) of the article:
At the request of the author or another person who has indicated violations of scientific ethics in the article, the editorial board of the journal appoints a commission that conducts a comprehensive study of the case, taking into account all available facts and opportunities to verify the ethics of the publication. In the minutes of the meeting, the Editorial Board indicates the reason and date of the recall. If the unreliability of the article is revealed, then the online version of the journal indicates information about retraction (the inscription in the table of contents of the issue and on the article is withdrawn/retracted, date). Such an article and links are not taken into account in the calculation of indicators.
The editorial board reserves the right to independently decide on further cooperation with the authors of the withdrawn articles.
