Review rules

Publication is possible only if the requirements of the journal are met: The corresponding author (selected from among the authors of the manuscript, if there are 2 or more co-authors) submits an electronic manuscript of a scientific article to the journal's website, having filled out all the forms, no later than two months before the release of the next issue of the journal.

The editorial board adheres to the principle of Double-blind review, double "blind" - anonymity of the author and reviewer. (information for authors is available on the magazine's website)

The editorial board attracts foreign reviewers who have publications in international databases of the Web of Science or Scopus.

Reviewer's Guide

The reviewer receives an invitation to review the article by email. The invitation contains the deadline for completing the review. Review deadlines: 2 weeks. Only in individual cases, by agreement with the performer.

The reviewer may agree or refuse to review the article.

If the reviewer agrees to review the article, then after notifying the editorial board about this, a link to the file with the article appears. Articles are provided in the *.docx format, so to view it, you need a text editor that supports this format, for example, MS Word.

After analyzing the article, the reviewer must fill out the review form.

The following recommendations are possible:

- Accept the article.
- Requires revision.
- Re-submit for review.
- Reject the article.

The reviewer evaluates the work according to the following parameters:

- The article corresponds to the stated purpose and thematic direction of the journal.
- The authors present their own conclusions and intermediate or final results of scientific research, experimental or analytical activities
- There are author's developments, conclusions, recommendations that have not been previously published and are new; or dedicated to the consideration of previously published scientific articles related to a common topic (systematic review).
- Compliance with the structure of the article – title, annotations, keywords, main provisions, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, information about funding (if available), references.
- The author or team of authors make a significant contribution to the concept, scientific design, execution or interpretation of the claimed scientific research and the creation of a scientific article.

The presence of an annotation: from 100 to 300 words.

Availability of keywords: from 5 to 8 words.
