This article discusses the development and management of a prototype of a «smart house», which consists of a layout and a mobile application for house management. The functionality of the smart house layout is shown. The capabilities of the Arduino implementation platform are demonstrated, as well as the operation of sensors for automating various processes, such as entering a house, controlling lighting, humidity, and others. The Android Studio tool environment was used to develop the mobile app that controls sensors in the house.The results of the analysis of existing approaches by smart house systems on the Arduino platform are also shown.The structure of mobile application development, platforms, and tool environments for mobile application development are shown. The importance of using high-level smart house technologies, the prospects for using this technology, and the opportunities and advantages of using it were emphasized. A prototype of a «smart house» created on the Arduino platform with the ability to control via the mobile app is proposed.
