In our study, we highlight some important features of the use of chatbots in the educational process, their use in a student-centered teaching method, which allows us to identify the main advantages and disadvantages of using chatbots, as well as to form general recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of their use. in the educational process. In addition, the article discusses the effectiveness and theoretical aspects of using chatbots in the educational process, which act as a tool to improve the interaction between teachers and students on organizational and methodological issues.
