Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the growing interest of the pedagogical, medical, psychological and parental community in the safety of school education in the context of a large-scale digital transformation of society. In this context, the study of the impact of virtual reality on the physical and psychological health of students is one of the important directions in the field of virtual reality. The article presents some results of an empirical study of the behavior and general physical condition of students in grades 5-11 when immersed in virtual reality. It is assumed that the results will contribute to the identification of possible risks in the use of virtual reality in education, including in secondary schools.
