Abstract

The article argues the relevance of the task of modernizing the training and advanced training of teachers in the context of the formation of digital culture. The main purpose of the article is to substantiate the author's concept of developing a professional educational program for future teachers in the context of digitalization of education. The search for effective methods of professional training of future teachers has led to the need to analyze and comprehend the possibilities of pedagogical design in the educational process of the university. The article analyzes the concept of "pedagogical design", analyzes the definitions of this term and describes its basic principles. Several foreign models necessary for the creation of pedagogical design were also considered, including the specific features of the ADDIE model and its effectiveness in education. The article presents a model of pedagogical course design consisting of 5 modules based on the ADDIE model, and analyzes the survey questions and the results that served as the basis for the development of this course. Using the obtained statistical data, the problem was identified and ways to solve it were proposed. In order to increase the effectiveness of pedagogical design, it is planned to introduce a course on "Pedagogical design in the course of school mathematics" into the working curriculum of the university. The article examines the concept of pedagogical design from two points of view. Firstly, it is the creative activity of the teacher in creating, transforming and maintaining an information and educational environment that ensures the development of psychological characteristics of students and the achievement of high results. Secondly, this is a field of pedagogical science related to the study and development of strategies for managing educational events using various means to ensure the achievement of set learning goals. The article presents the structure and content of pedagogical design in the learning process from the author's point of view.
