This study examines the issue of integrating a mobile learning app with AR technology capabilities in teaching computer science to children with hearing impairments. As part of the research, an experiment was conducted on the use of a mobile learning app based on AR technology in the process of teaching computer science to 9th-grade students of a special (correctional) school for children with hearing impairments. The purpose of the experiment was to determine the effectiveness of integrating a mobile learning app with AR technology in teaching computer science to children with hearing impairments to ensure an inclusive educational environment in the context of digital transformation. To assess the effectiveness of the app, pre- and post-tests were conducted to determine the level of mastery of the educational material. During the experiment, pedagogical conditions for the effective use of a mobile learning app with AR capabilities, developed as a digital inclusion tool, were identified and ways to qualitatively master the educational material were suggested. Analysis of the data obtained allowed us to determine the positive impact of AR technology on the quality of mastering the conceptual apparatus, algorithmic thinking, and practical skills of working with digital objects. The experiment revealed the effectiveness of digital technologies in inclusive education, including augmented reality (AR) technologies, which allow the combination of real objects and digital content in a single educational space, in teaching computer science. The visual nature of AR technology is valuable for students with hearing impairments, as it has been proven to contribute to better understanding of educational material, participation, and formation of sustained academic motivation for learning. As a result of this study, recommendations were made for future research on the use of AR technology in teaching computer science to children with hearing impairments.
