Abstract

Currently, the use of chatbots is widespread in all areas, from e-commerce to industry and the education system. In our study, we highlight some important features of the use of chatbots in the educational process, their use in a student-centered teaching method, which allows us to identify the main advantages and disadvantages of using chatbots, as well as to form general recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of their use. in the educational process. In addition, the article discusses the effectiveness and theoretical aspects of using chatbots in the educational process, which act as a tool to improve the interaction between teachers and students on organizational and methodological issues.

Educational chatbots are flexible for students and cater to their needs. Chatbots are an effective teaching tool for universities and students. With the educational chatbot, students can discuss various topics through text messages or images, videos, audios, and other files. Just like in a regular classroom, a chatbot can provide all the necessary study materials, conduct quizzes, and send the results to the teacher. The chatbot is also a virtual teacher assistant. This is an application that plays the role of a virtual teacher, answering questions frequently asked by students. Bots can be used to answer student questions about course modules, homework assignments and track their progress, as well as provide up-to-date learning materials by analyzing student skills and weaknesses. With the help of a virtual assistant, teachers can interact more deeply with students. The use of chatbots in a student-centered learning approach provides personalized support anytime, anywhere.
