Abstract

This article examines an important aspect of modern educational practice that considers issues of collecting, organizing, formalizing and structuring data on continuous professional development of pedagogists (CPDP) in various formats. The proposed approaches are aimed at creating a system that is capable for the effective processing and analysis of a variety of information about the professional development of pedagogists, such as advanced training courses, trainings, seminars, conferences and other educational events. The main stages of developing of the system are described, starting with the analysis of the main CPDP  processes and determining data requirements, and ending with the creation of a structured information model and data architecture. Special attention is also paid to methods of collecting data from various sources, their ordering and formalization for subsequent analysis and visualization. The results of the study can be used for the development and implementation of information systems specialized in CPDP, as well as for improving existing methods of analysis and data management in the educational field.
