The article provides a theoretical analysis of the concepts of" robotics"," information educational environment"," smart-education", the Constituent structural components of robotics training. Currently, the robotics course is one of the most relevant topics for teaching from elementary school. Creative education of Primary School students, the development of manual mechatronics from the very beginning, and a certain contribution to group and pair work will undoubtedly lead to significant results. In particular, we are talking about creating an information and educational environment for Primary School students. The introduction provides a little more information about robotics. It is also noted that teaching robotics to primary school students contributes to the development of an information culture, as well as the skillful study and processing of information, the use of modern technical means and methods. In this regard, the connection of the theory with the practice of its application on the way to turn the acquired knowledge into a real product is important for the educational activity of the teacher. The formation of an Information Culture for beginner schoolchildren by increasing their interest in robotics, the formation of knowledge skills and increasing the creative level of teaching students programming elements. In the final part, students were told about the exercises on these topics. In the future, it is planned to release a specific methodological manual on the robotics course for Primary School students.
